3rd District civic/neighborhood associations are organizing a Candidate Forum for School Board and City Council on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30 PM (doors at 6:00 PM) at Linwood Holton Elementary School located at 1600 W Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23227.
